To register one of our software packages you need to
  • Fill in this form and click on the [Send Request] button
  • Wait to receive a reply via email (may be the next business day)
  • Click on the EDIT menu from the main screen in our program
  • Click on OTHER FILES down the bottom of the EDIT menu
  • Click on CONTROL DETAILS
  • Enter the information EXACTLY as per the return email (including spaces and punctuation)
  • Click on the SAVE button and if you entered the information correctly there will be no error message.
  • If you receive an error message then check ALL of the data on that screen and compare it CAREFULLY with the email as you have mis-typed something or forgotten something.
(The system doesn't care whether the entered data is in capitals or lower case letters).

Another way to do this is to go into the program (Rent Master or Ausbroker etc) and

  • click on the EDIT menu
  • and then OTHER MASTER FILES
  • and then CONTROL DETAILS
  • Click on the FILE menu
  • Choose Rego Info

This will display your registration details in Internet Explorer and you can email this information to us by...

  • Click on the FILE menu in Internet Explorer
  • Click on the SEND option
  • then SEND PAGE BY EMAIL
  • When your email program is displayed with the rego info in a new email enter registration@gosoftware.com.au as the TO address
  • Make any changes that you want to make to the details in the email
  • Send the email.
