To update the lookup tables in Ausbroker or Rent Master you need to go to the EDIT menu then OTHER files then LOOKUP TABLES. Select the table that you want to change from the drop down combo box. Enter the table details from the relevant table shown below. Note that for the water usage tables you don't need to (and can't) enter the last two columns as they are calculated automatically for you.

Sometimes it is useful to use the DELETE WHOLE TABLE button to delete ALL of the existing data for one fee type prior to entering the new data. This is true if the values in the UP TO column have changed from the old version of the fees to the new version.

It is a good idea to print out the current tables PRIOR to changing them. Then if you make a mistake you can always go back and re-enter the original data from your printed list. You can print the tables by clicking on the REPORTS menu then OTHER MASTER REPORTS then FEES LOOKUP TABLES.

If we haven't updated this table for the current rates then you can just change them yourself. Initially put ZERO into the "Corrc'tn" box on the last line. Then do a settlement quote for $60,000 and see what Ausbroker says the fee is and compare it to the actual fee. Whatever the difference between the two fees goes into this box (and it's always a negative number).
