| 22-Jan-2009 | Have changed the landlord statements so that there is now a new option on the form to print landlord copies or office copies. When printing the office copy no faxes or emails are sent and all of the landlord statements are printed. When printing the landlord copies the statements are printed, faxed or emailed as per the settings in the landlord screen for each landlord and so if a statement is emailed then it won't normally also be printed. |
| 13-Nov-2008 | Provide the ability to automatically email EVERY tenant receipt to the tenant as they are entered provided that you have this function enabled and also have the tenant's email address entered. We are also thinking of adding an optional tenant rent statement instead of the receipt so that each time a receipt is entered then a rent statement showing ALL of the tenant's payments instead of just a receipt for the current amount. |
| 13-Nov-2008 | Add a new list box to the landlord statement forms. This box allows you to select "office copy" which will then print ALL of the landlord statements and NOT send any by fax or email. You can also select "Landlord copy" which will then either email, fax or print the landlord statements depending on the setting in the landlord screen. |

| 15-Sep-2008 | Added a new function to the FILE menu in the EDIT TENANT screen which enables you to automatically set the Water Charges method indicator for all tenants in the system. If you have most of the tenants who pay water supply charges but a few that don't then you can use this new function to set ALL of the tenants to be charged for water supply and then you can just change those that aren't to be charged to that status manually. |
